Objective: BNY Mellon recognized a need to help women take greater control over their retirement savings, and believed education was a key component to making it happen.

Strategy: Develop a comprehensive suite of materials to facilitate education directly and through financial advisors.

Execution: Created a program consisting of; keynote presentations delivered by BNYM subject matter experts, presentations and training for financial advisors, program support materials for advisors, educational booklets for investors, public relations and marketing campaign, webinars and supporting website.

Results: BNY Mellon became known for the program and its subject matter experts were sought-after. Six-years running this remains BNY Mellon’s most asked-for program.
