Objective: Provide plan sponsors with materials they can use to educate participants.

Strategy: The primary content for the DC Rising program is written for plan sponsors. However once plan sponsors have learned about a topic or issue, they naturally want to apply the information to help their participants.

Execution: For many of the topics in DC Rising we created supplemental content in the form of pdf documents. Typically a subset of the information in the plan sponsor’s articles was simplified and presented in easy to understand language and imagery, along with specific recommended action steps.

Results: Retirement plan advisors appreciated the depth to which the topics were covered as well as a package of materials to share with their plan sponsor clients.
